Part 1: What is TBD?
TBD is an acronym that stands for “To Be Decentralized”. It is a community built around the people within it and their goals, purposed to facilitate and promote value additive actions.
TBD is operating a “progressive decentralization” model, meaning as the community & sustainable pathways grow they will be given more and more control over the operations.
However, DAOs are not the future. They have too many vulnerabilities in the functionality of proposals and governance. For that reason we have created a unique infrastructure to work in tandem with the idea of progressive decentralization. That infrastructure is called a CCI or Community Control Infrastructure.
The details surrounding the CCI will be amended as a “Part 6” to this guide as we progress through the steps needed to complete our goals.
Part 2: What are Voyager Bowls?
Voyager bowls serve as the “genesis” NFT of our ecosystem & community. They exist as the only tokens that receive future governance capabilities and passive yield (of a point native token) in the upcoming creation machine or “Kitchen Sink”
They serve as a key to everything created under the TBD umbrella and receive exclusive advantages in cost based discounts for alpha, additional mints for future differentiated products, as well as a gamified art experience.
As to the gamified art experience, bowl holders are capable of doing many things.
They can
-Evolve their bowl through low-effort “quests” to obtain a higher rarity base from the preferential rarity model (The preferential rarity system encompasses the four current bowls).
-Create a 1/1 PFP from one of our community artists who are paid per character.
-Both
These actions can be preformed at any point, although the higher tiered evolutions have a capped limit of supply out of the 1,000 bowls.
Part 3: Services
As a project created out of the desire to be value additive to those who stayed in the space during the bear, we strive to create and utilize services that provide value to members or other projects at a fair price point.
The first service is our alpha subscription. Pricing is as follows:
For Bowl Holders
- 20$/month or 50$/quarter (at 2+ bowls, it decreases to 15$/month, at 7 it becomes free)
Non Bowl Holders
-40$/month or 100$/quarter
Funds will be utilized to develop further sustainable pathways and add value across the board to holders of the bowls as well as upkeep of future services. The budget for use of funds will be publicized and each months expenses made transparent. There will never be an extraction of value without fair reasoning and express explanation.
Part 4: The Fridge
As a child, most of our parents put our achievements or creations up on the fridge. This Fridge will be a place for owners to take them off our fridge and onto your own. Yes, the art for the pass will be a pixel fridge.
These Fridges will only be available to bowl holders and will have a periodic claim opening.
You can label this product as an “art pass” or as a “collectors pass”. We have been and will be scouring across the space (and maybe even outside of it) to find the most awesome artists, then facilitating them with backing to drop art for the holders of The Fridge at a cost that we agree on. With this, our focus is ensuring artists win while returning quality collectibles back to the holders.
Part 5: The Kitchen Sink
An a la carte creation machine, a place to make what you want with others. Create your own things, hide them away, explore the map.

This will be utilized as both a B2B and SaaS tool, utilizing what SaaS encompasses to the full extent of the concept. A lesson in free market dynamics has never been more fun, or free.
SaaS — a method of software delivery and licensing in which software is accessed online via a subscription, rather than bought and installed on individual computers.
